Enhanced privacy and security will take effect June 9th, 2021 on the Florida Courts E-filing site with the implementation of  the “Access Security Matrix” approved by the Florida Supreme Court.  To access the official court file, attorneys will have to be listed as counsel of record on the case.  See: Access Security Matrix PDF and Florida Courts Technology Standards.
